Discontinous destillation with steam. Obtained from the soft pressure of the grapes and the addition of selected yeasts. This grappa has to age a total of 12 months. Limited edition.

Clear, crystalline

Aromatic profile:

Intense, fruity

Taste:

Strong, forest fruit notes, great aftertaste, perfect balance between aroma and taste.

Alcoholic strength:

43% vol.

To serve:

Grape type/Ingredients: This grappa is a cuvè of lagrein, muscat and gewürztraminer grapes. Grappa Barrique ist ein Cuveè von den Rebsorten des Lagrein, Moskateller und Gewürztraminer.

Distillation process: Discontinous destillation with steam. This grappa has been aged in small barriques, the same where once they used to age the Lagrein.

Appearance: Amber

Aromatic profile: Full, strong aromatic profile

Taste: Fine, elegant, long-lasting taste

Alcoholic strength: 43% vol.

To serve: Serve at room temperature in large glasses.
